Decided to check out Bodacious Pizza & Grill after our flight arrived earlier in the day. What can I say...it was fantastic! The young lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful with this novice. Ended up getting a veggie pizza which was delicious and my son got a smash burger - "This is one of the best burgers I have ever had!" Everything was piping hot. Spoke to the owner as well - very down to earth and has a great thing going. Skip the touristy crap and support this family run business. If I'm ever back in the area, Bodacious will be one of my first stops!

I found Bodacious Pizza and Grill by accident because you would certainly miss it unless you were looking for it. It's a very casual little place located in the Aragona Shopping Center across the street from The Krispy Kreme on Virginia Beach boulevard. I was there just after opening so there was no crowd and plenty of seating available. The first big surprise was the outstanding offering of vegetarian and vegan options for main courses and desserts. They're extremely helpful and described how they could make pretty much anything as a vegetarian or vegan option. They cook all of their food to order and will make your meal any way you want it. I enjoyed my first vegetarian smashburger and it was fresh hot and delicious. It's counter service but you can order ahead for a quick pickup. I'm definitely going back.

Pleasantly surprised. If you like a really chewy crust, this pie is for you. The crust is thin, but chewy in every sense, how do they do that. The sauce is more tomatoe-y than spicy, not zesty, not sour... and not too simple either - I like tomato flavor. I thought the toppings were a little skimpy and unpressive, but since the dough is so thin and chewy, its a good ratio. I ordered online and did Take out. Inside looked like a typical pizza dinner.

Amazing food and the Staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our meals was simply an understatement to say as you can tell they use high quality ingredients. My kids have lactose intolerances. This makes ordering takeout limited in our selection. Their vegan options made it a breeze. My husband and myself enjoyed the traditional dairy options in our entrees. My kids have already asked if we could go back. We will definitely be coming back. Check out their specials as they are many. The calzones are a great buy, especially for a large family.

Loved it. The staff here were very very welcoming, warm and friendly. My food came out very fast and hot. The salad was crisp and fresh, I could tell they made it fresh. The garlic knots (free with the salad) were some of the best I’ve had! The pizza was very delicious also with a fresh sauce. They have a rather large selection of desserts as well. I did not try them but they looked great. Highly recommended!
